Most orders are shipped within 3-7 days after your order placed. Delivery time to Europe is between 10-20 days, but still depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Outside Europe takes between 3-5 weeks. Delays can be caused because of Covid-19 situation in your country.

From our part, we ship products as fast as usual in 3-7 days. However, delays can happen because of your local post carriers. We’re really sorry if you experience a delay with your order due to Covid-19.

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

After shipping your order, you will receive the tracking numbers in the email address you used to order. Check you Spam folder if you can’t find it.

You have 14 days after you receive your order to contact us for a change or return. Email us with your order number to: pedidos@aliensquad.es . Our priority is that you are satisfied purchasing in Alien Squad.

Due to having multiple warehouse, sometimes products can be shipped sepparately. Don’t worry, if one product has arrived, others must be near!

After an order is processed no changes can be made. If you no longer want your order you’ll have to return it to us once you receive it. Then we’ll be able to make you a refund.

Sure! We love to see how you style our clothes&accessories, and will be fantastic to be tagged in your Instagram pictures. We can even post your photo in our account if you want!
