Does Alien Squad ship to my country?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We ship to most Europe Countries, USA, Canad\u00e1 and Australia. We don’t ship to Africa. If you aren’t sure if we ship to your country, contact us to info@aliensquad.es<\/a><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the delivery time?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 days after your order placed. Delivery time to Europe is between 10-20 days, but still depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Outside Europe takes between 3-5 weeks. Delays can be caused because of Covid-19 situation in your country.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Does Covid-19 affect to Alien Squad?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

From our part, we ship products as fast as usual in 3-7 days. However, delays can happen because of your local post carriers. We’re really sorry if you experience a delay with your order due to Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I change my order before is shipped?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can I track my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

After shipping your order, you will receive the tracking numbers in the email address you used to order. Check you Spam folder if you can’t find it.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What if it doesn't fits me?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

You have 14 days after you receive your order to contact us for a change or return. Email us with your order number to: pedidos@aliensquad.es<\/a> . Our priority is that you are satisfied purchasing in Alien Squad.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Why have I received only one item from my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Due to having multiple warehouse, sometimes products can be shipped sepparately. Don\u2019t worry, if one product has arrived, others must be near!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I cancel my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

After an order is processed no changes can be made. If you no longer want your order you’ll have to return it to us once you receive it. Then we’ll be able to make you a refund.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I tag you on my pictures with your products?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Sure! We love to see how you style our clothes&accessories, and will be fantastic to be tagged in your Instagram pictures. We can even post your photo in our account if you want!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
